Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. To start the process, please email us at crystalhubrocks@gmail.com to receive a return authorization. In your email, include the item name, photos, invoice number, and your reason for the return or exchange. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted. If the return is due to damage or a defect, Crystal Hub will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Refunds, when issued, will be processed using the original payment method.
